Don't know if anyone else picked up Keary after the game say Manu will be missed next year.

I've taken Joey a bit for granted but now think he will be missed much more than Lattrell & Roger.

He's the world's best centre & when he fills in at fullback is one of the best in that position also.
His running meters tonight where exceptional & got us out of a lot of trouble.

He is so dangerous with the ball & can produce moments of pure magic at will.

Manu has a bigger motor than Lattrell & has more finese & silky skills than Roger.

Both Lattrell & Roger left us in the lurch but Manu has stayed loyal & respectful & will be remembered as a great Rooster.

Never a dirty player & always seems a top bloke.

Will be a huge hole to fill with his departure.

Will miss him big time if he goes.
    Indeed.
But it is what it is and we must find a replacement.

Manu is amazing and adds another dimension to our attack.

I also think Teddy would go ok as well
It isn't popular because we've already seen Tedesco at 5/8 and it was stink

        Such a shame
we have lost so much talent over the years
how do we replace all these guys, potentially only signed Marky N ATM
we should have plenty of money to go hard for players

Joey Manu's dont come around often.
          Dom Young?
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs

Ponga is who I would want to replace Teddy when the time comes, but I really can't see how that will ever eventuate as the Knights have him wrapped up till 2017 and I think Teddy will retire before then.

Maybe we'll see a miracle and Fatrell will go hardcore religious like SBW and wipe out all of the negative aspects from his personality. I doubt it would happen, but with a brain transplant he is an option. The way he is now, I wouldnt want him with cooee of our squad. Toxic.

Clint Gutherson could be a smoky, as the contract is favourable.

Manu is a better fullback than Teddy.

The better option would be a straight swap with Teddy at center, but Young wouldn't get a lot of ball.

Manu over Keary any day. Teddy to 5/8 or centre if kept Keary

Manu tends to have more impact when he plays fullback.
Mitchell was the games best strike centre. He then made a poor decision and moved to Souffs. He's since struggled with both his form and discipline.
Stephen Crichton is currently the games best centre Imo.

Is Angus definitely leaving? He’s getting back to his awesome best and would be nice if he stays.

Not officially leaving. His form should be enough to re-sign him if he’s keen.

Would Teddy make an effective winger? He could still roam (like a fullback) in attack and his defence is not too bad ...

There was a guy called Zac Lomax looking for a club on reduced money.

Apparently some thought he wouldn't fit in here cause of his hair style or because he preferred brown bread over white..etc

Morgan Harper might be looking for a club now that lomax has signed with the eels.

but, maybe we could bring bill mullins grandson to the roosters, wouldn’t cost much, has speed and ability, and would continue a nice family tradition.

get him a premiership, like his uncle and grandfather have.

Recruitment has been shithouse for a while now..I was watching our 2013 team on YouTube ..My god what a team we were back then. Even the players we used to bag out like SKD and Guerra would be champions in this squad.
Trent inherited a great squad from Brian Smith look at it now.
