Our ability to promote creativity will be doubled next year with Maloney, at least it will not be all Pearce...poor bastard tonight had to play 7 and 6...do the kicking, tackle like a 9 and take the dummy half and then quickly run back to be second receiver to organise / inspire some attack...fair dinkum, the guy must sleep like a baby after every game thru sheer exhaustion
FFS it was on his ankles. And the only way the ball could have gone back from NZ was the player running forward knocking it into the player running backwards. Should have been a feed to us or a penalty to us.
Have another beer mate. We lost cause there was some dreadful refereeing, a off night with goalkicking and some poor decisions we made in attack (eg. a couple of poor kicks n Pearce's offload). And some bad luck.
Sticking up for Perrett but having a crack at Mini for showing some ticker?.....That'll farrken do me!
With players staying down after getting tapped in the face trying to milk penalties, i applaud Mini for trying to get up and play it after being legitimately knocked senseless.
Are you serious? I don't think he was in any condition to know what to do. His instinct got him to his feet. I'm sure if he knew what he was doing, he would not have got up. I think your statement is not fair IMO

No. Didn't say that. He is absolutely selfless when it comes to the team. If you are out stay down. He wasn't thinking right and I don't blame him. It was bad luck. I don't like those that have been clipped staying down. But if youve been poleaxed... We saw the result. It's a fine line.

Not bagging him. I'm simply saying that he was not in any condition to do anything properly for about 10 seconds. I wish he had stayed down - that way we get another tackle. He is one gutsy man and I am not bagging his fortitude. If that's the way it came across, sorry.
