Foxsports 2024 Ladder Prediction

FoxSport have published a predicted 2024 ladder.
Probably close to the mark but I would have us third or fourth
I expect Gold Coast to improve under Des but still miss the finals
As much as I would love Souths to be so low I don't expect them that far off finals.

IMO Manly will make the top 8 even without Tommy. Top 4 chance if Tommy stays sound.

The Roosters will finish 2nd. Newcastle and Cronulla are much inferior to us. Manly are crud. The fox lab is a joke.

It'll be interesting to see how the Cowboys go with James Maloney as their new assistant coach.

Some interesting choices there. I don't think Brisbane will be as strong as they were this year with the loss of Flegler and Farnworth, maybe a low top 4 finish or high top 5-8 finish? I'd put them around 4th or 5th to be honest.

Melbourne I'd probably put in the same boat as well, they haven't really gained anyone or lost anyone so they'll probably finish 3rd or 4th again.

Newcastle lose one of their best players to us and haven't really recruited amazingly, I think they either sneak into the 8 or miss out, all comes down to Ponga really.

Hate to say it but Souths probably make the 8 and finish 6th or 7th. They've got a lot of quality in key positions so if they remain injury free they should do well.

For mine it'll be between us and Penrith to win the comp with Penrith probably being the favourites, we could possibly win the minor or they will but with the easier draw it would be more likely to be us, I think Melbourne and Brisbane round out the 4 with Souths, Newy, Manly and the Eels all making the 8.
