I’d much rather we use his coin to upgrade some of the up and comers like Wong and give others coming through an opportunity to break into first grade. I just don’t think he is a Roosters style player. Having said that, we are short on lock forwards.

There should be no reason why we can't upgrade the young talent coming through for two reasons.

As Watson and Smith have had injuries their contracts shouldn't be very expensive.

We will lose a few high profile players, JWH, Suaalii for sure and possibly Tupou, Angus Keary.
