If a club has money spare under the cap for a season,they can front end a player(s) salary that season which in effect,keeps that cap space open for the following season.
Maloney gets Anastas money,and apart from any upgrades we had to pay for our re-signings this year,one could think we still have Carney and Myles money still to spend.Enter SBW...

We certainly are RP.I like the way our youth policy is progressing and I believe we are in for another dominating era.Things are looking good.
