Now you're just being dishonest, I didn't compare the games I just stated the attendances. I was watching all 4 games today just enjoying the footy, I just think it's mad people want to keep pedaling this narrative that there's no interest in the NRLW when crowds and TV ratings clearly say otherwise. Facts not feelings.

As for the TV advertising campaigns that will need to be shown in the TV ratings.

      Felt like 2,500.
That is a disappointing effort when you consider the Knights game got 12k.

NRLW players are still very much part-time players and need to juggle their football commitments around their full-time jobs and other commitments.

Not sure why people want to compare NRLW to NRL which is a full time professional comp

People are critical of the standard of the NSW Cup but may also forget that the majority of players playing week in and week out are not NRL contracted players and are also required to juggle their football commitments around full-time jobs.

Of course, if you are a full-time professional in any sport, you will be able to improve your skills to greater levels quicker than part-time players would, as you are working full-time on these without any distractions.

Last season, for instance, due to work commitments, many of the Roosters NRLW players were not able to attend all training sessions each week and had their own individual training plans.

The NRLW comp has come a long way since it's inception in 2018.

Certainly more work is needed on the pathways and development front to enable females after they turn 12 to keep playing tackle footy.

When 12 years old they can no longer play mixed football

Previously if they wanted to keep playing they mainly had only touch and tag footy options

From 2024, they will have an under-17's Lisa Fiaola Cup full junior comp to supplement the under-19's Tarsha Gale Cup plus Academies, Develop Squads, and local comps (under 13's to under 16's).

I am sure the standard will continue to improve as they head towards full-time professionalism, including the increased opportunities to keep playing tackle football and keep on improving their skills that a number of current players and previous players never had.

                      Indeed.

2024 is the time for both the men's and women's teams to change the way they play the game.
Obviously we have to put bigger teams on the field, that can "bash, smash and trash" their way to victory in all grades.
Dogs Jersey Flegg team was bigger, stronger, and faster than our boys.

Girls team got run over, trampled...didn't score a point.
Too many first choice players out injured, to be able to overcome the in-form bigger, stronger, faster Titans team and the seemingly-biased officialdom.

Massive thank you to the crowd who made the effort to attend the game to support our girls.

Trouble with the NRLW comp is that you train/coach players to be great, and then you're forced by the NRL to release them to other clubs...and then they're playing against you.

Interesting Development in the Women's game.

A watch this space as currently the NRLW players play in the HNWP( Harvey Norman Women's Premiership) prior to NRLW pre-season.

It's the right move but not sure about the gap from the end of the NRLW season to the commencement of NRLW pre-season training if they start the NRLW comp at same time in 2024

Maybe more NRLW games are being considered and a 5 team finals series?

HNWP started the first weekend in February 23 and Finished the last weekend in April 23

11 teams - 10 rounds plus 2 week finals series

NRLW started on 22nd July 23 after a 6 week or so pre-season

NSWRL is still working on the structure of the 2024 women's representative pathways teams.

At this stage, the HNWP competition is expected to run along side the NRLW competition in 2024.

The Central Coast Roosters will field a team in the competition but will not be asking for applications for the team until the competition structure has been confirmed.
