They almost pulled off the unthinkable. Yes we need to hit the ground running top 4 finish is a absolute must Top2 preferably if we’re serious, a healthy squad come the finals, Robbo likes to run the long race save the best for last but it hasn’t worked in our favour finishing outside the top 4 last couple of years, a new approach is needed how do we keep our squad fresh and not suffering catastrophic knee injuries it has killed us the last three years.
Never mind top 17 in this HIA age and a gruelling long season you need a top 22-23 players I’m no head coach I’m not sure how you go about doing this but that’s what Robbo is paid the big bucks for.

Thanks MR, its nothing real bad, just a bad viral infection , its all bronchial and when you try to lay down you go into a severe coughing fit so haven't had decent sleeps the last couple of nights, my lungs and ribs really ache at the moment, it was panedeine forte i had as i thought it would help me sleep but no, i shouldn't have gone to work yesterday as i really felt off the air and that was before the panadeine and wine.

Oh those lung illnesses are really bad. I remember years ago I got pleurisy out of the blue. It felt like a knife stabbing me in the chest every time I laid down, moved or coughed. The doctor put me on the panadeine forte as well back then. Hope it clears up for you real soon.

Thanks mate and also to Andrew Walker and to MR, its such a strange feeling, feels like you could just stop breathing when you laid down, i tried to have a nap after i got home from work this arvo and either way when i laid on my side my lungs just felt like they were going to expel, the most uncomfortable feeling, when sitting up or standing up felt ok but laying on my side no way.

I loved the journey this year. Knowing next year we will have a full team of players with experienced in finals footy. We have learnt to play from the heart and for each other. Our reserves depth will be deep and also experienced.

I usually don't agree with Ray usually posts about but he is a died in the wool Rooster going back to probably before I was born and he is 100 percent with how I feel. So proud of the boys efforts in the back end of the season and got to within a beez dik from a PF, but..........Robbo needs to have them energised and firing from round 1 next year......
