  • Very proud

Great effort last night. With Sualli and Tupou there, they don't score the last try. Is there any possible way that we can start 2024 well and win the games we're supposed to? I believe we'll win the comp in 24 but only if we win the games we should. Over to you Guru.

Great thread Ray. Well said. Credit where credit is due.

Thanks for your entertaining threads and comments throughout the season.

You are a true Rooster. A negative one but a true one.

I was heartbroken but very proud like every East's fan was at full time.

Onya Ray. Yes a tough game to lose, we had it in our grasp. Hopefully we take our lessons from this year.

We played our hearts out and were one tackle away from winning the game. Proud of their efforts starting from the Manly game at Brookvale Strange feeling last night and today It’s not one of heartbreak I just feel really flat

Nice thread Ray. They tried so hard and didn’t deserve to lose like that. I thought we were the better team for the most part, especially in that second half. I feel really flat today too, but a very proud Rooster’s fan.

Hard not to be proud after that, and I reckon a more fitting way to exit as Penrith would've been too much next week. You're right about Toups and had he played Warbrick would've been grasping at thin air for the last try.

You don’t deserve to be proud of the team you have been negative and death riding them all year then turn up in the semi finals

You cannot fault the effort, such a stop gap back line , thought Corey Allan and Momo filled in well in the centres considering, We would have lapped them in the second half if we had our full strength back line.It wasn't fun watching it doped up to the eye balls on pain killers and then Klein's antics driving me to have wine on top of the pain killers

Thanks MR, its nothing real bad, just a bad viral infection , its all bronchial and when you try to lay down you go into a severe coughing fit so haven't had decent sleeps the last couple of nights, my lungs and ribs really ache at the moment, it was panedeine forte i had as i thought it would help me sleep but no, i shouldn't have gone to work yesterday as i really felt off the air and that was before the panadeine and wine.

Quiet day today mate. I have commitments and an early start tomorrow where I’m out running around in the heat in the morning

I do what you’ve said Monday and might even hit beach tomorrow afternoon
