Our run of 5 wins were all against teams that didn't make the finals, thats a bit of a reality check. The effort was there and we definitely looked more cohesive but the Panthers are in a different league to us at the moment

That's true but 3 of those 5 teams, Manly, Eels and vermin, were in a position to make the finals until we beat them, ending their chances of playing finals footy. I think those wins gave us some momentum and hopefully that carries us for a few more weeks. The Storm are very beatable and if we defend against the Panthers like we have the last few games, we may just put them under enough pressure to make some errors.

There's a snowflakes chance in hell we beat either the Broncos or the Panthers with our paper mache backline that we're going to trot out.
That being said, with 55 minutes gone in the game tonight, there was a snowflakes chance in hell we'd win that either.

Such a shame that again we're going to be without Manu, Toops, Watson, Sitili, Hargreaves and probs Suaalii as well. Just more of the same year after year.
