Seriously, some on here need to have other interests and hobbies, as it's just a game of football when it's all said and done.

Trent Robinson has a contract until 2028 as head coach, whether you like it or not, and quite frankly, who really cares if you don't.

Build a bridge and get over it - ditto the players you don't like

If you don't win a comp it doesn't mean that a season was a failure though.

There can only be one winner, so what you're saying is that the Roosters have to win every year as " seconds don't stack up".

You did see where I said the aim is to win. Off course you can't win every year but you can be competitive against the best teams and for the last 4 years we haven't been . Finishing 7th isn't a accomplishment.

I’m over the moon we got into the top 8 and ended souths season. I still believe we would of made the top 4 had it not been for some poor coaching decisions but I’m in celebration mode all week and not going to allow anything to stop that because we got in the 8 with some great footy that must be applauded.

I suppose that those who have been offended by others criticising coach Robbo and some of the players, would have laid down and stayed silent if Easts had failed to limp into the semis after being as good as dead 2 months ago.

You can't have it both ways.

Some people on here are very clever with the benefit of hindsight.

The reality is that Easts were shot midway through the comp. They lost matches they should have won, they continually got dudded by referees, had some pretty bad injuries and multiple suspensions, they still looked clunky in some of the late season victories, and they have had to rely on other teams falling at the last hurdle.

Haha...well said mate. I think Friday night was probably the only time all year Easts supporters had that smile. We started to forget what it was like.
