Help- What's the actual rule?

Let me try and get my head around this one.....

A Storm player gets up after a tackle in a daze and plays the ball sideways. Mr Inept Klein gives the Broncos a penalty. Melbourne challenge and the replay shows the third player in the tackle, Bronco Brendan Piakura, hits the Storm player flush on the face with his shoulder which causes the concussion. The Melbourne player goes off in Lala concussion Land and Piakura, already on report twice, gets a penalty against him and put on report a third time- no sin bin.

Sometimes a shoulder to the head is.....1) send off (eg Nathan Brown) 2) a sin bin 3) just a penalty 4) is dealt with more severely if a player has to leave the field as a result of the illegal tackle.

Victor should know that KLien is reffing the two qld sides and there is a volume 2 Rugby League Rule book for them. We have our own rule book but its not very big. It is actually only 1 page and it states" screwfest penalties, off side, penalty, JWH get on side, victor release, penalty and ya gawn for ten.

Seen this too & immediately thought if it were Rads & JWH they’d be in the bin. I’m over the inconsistency tbh.

You need to find a new rule book.

If the player is wearing RW&B, then you either bin him, penalise him or put him on report.
