Again, for those who can answer (mods), how many accounts is a user allowed to have and based on that question, what is the good of a banning if they can use multiple IDs?

They should record everyone's ip address and allow one account per ip address.That being said, these low lifes have nothing better to do so they'd probably go to a different Ip address every time their new account gets banned, and that's just scratching the surface. I reckon this new guy(mr maggo) is definitely a souffs fan, thats my 2 cents
