With Haas and Tino getting $1.2 mil p a, and quality halves getting around the $1.5 mil, how much will someone line Sam Walker demand in a year or 2?

Firstly currently most people are demanding Walker gets back into 1st grade ASAP.
A team like the Dolphins with old Wayne would throw the book at him. They would value him as a marquee player they could build the club around for years to come.
He was the only one singled out for Robbo's face slap & it was obvious after that he wasn't the problem in the results that followed.
Wouldn't blame him if he wanted to move on to somewhere else where he felt more valued.

I’d say the demand for Walker is probably at its lowest since he entered first grade. He didn’t deserve to be dropped but he wasn’t exactly setting the world on fire when it happened (nor was anyone else). Let’s hope he can play every game next season and get back to his best before worrying about another team poaching him.

Walker is a brilliant young half who will be ranked as one of the top 5 in the comp over the next 10 years.
He is a prodigy, and has performed as well as or better than any halfback ever in his first 2 years in first grade.
He has played 51 first grade games before his 21st birthday, he turned 21 two months ago.
He will be on 1 million a season within 3 years if he goes injury free.
He should be in our starting side this week.

Sam Walker will be one of, if not the best player in the game in a few years. Disgusting treatment of him this year by our club. Scapegoat for an indifferent start. Once he was dropped we went from indifferent to incompetent. We have nobody to blame if he decides to go up north.
I'm not sure what else Sam had to show or prove in his first 50 odd games of FG or what other players in his position at that age did that he didnt. Won games on his own for us both off the bench and starting half, scored solo tries, set up tries, game managed at times, became an 80% goalkicker and improved his defence game by game.

If Sam lives up to his potential of course he will be offered $1M+ by many clubs in two years.
His contract is until the end of 2025.
I doubt he will ask for a release earlier and to think he will hold a grudge against Robbo for two years is a bit of a long bow. I doubt he does now. He doesn't come across as that type of guy.
Robbo loves him and has said he is our long term halfback.
If Uncle Nick and Robbo thinks he is worth $1M+ in two years then we will match any offer.
I am not concerned who he has lunch with.
