  • Nathan Brown 1 Match suspension

2 matches if he tries to challenge and fails.
Pretty, pretty good news I’d say.
    EASTS TO WIN!

Ben Trbo doesn't even cop a fine for the malicious elbow to the face. Ridiculous.

The send off was a disgrace . Ten in the bin for sure but definitely no send off .

If Nathan Brown's arm had connected with Junior Bunk like Ashley said then they'd be picking his jaw up from Coogee Oval.

So Brown and Val Holmes both cop a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle from the judiciary after the match.

The difference here is Val only got 10 in the bin, Brown got sent off.

I don't know what we've done to deserve this but we are being officiated to a higher standard compared to other teams.

Quite lucky I think (based on the ridiculous sentences thrown around these days).
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Not even a penalty. Fight it for sure.

Feel sorry for Browny, small minutes and trying to make an impact. Didn't deserve this.

the charge is an admission that he shouldn't have been sent off. wasn't close to a send off - if a send off is to mean anything there has to be some potential damage done

The send off was harsh and typical of Klein to overreact.

                        Sin bin max.

Yeh this is odd, looked like a strike from the 2 camera angles I saw.

                          Bring back the biff?

What was this idiot thinking? The game was in the bag (for once). Does he think Robbo rewards idiotic behavior from our forwards, that could cost us the game/the season? Whoever signed him and Napa should be on top of the list of the review (that is not) taking place.

The deal should be if it’s 10 in the bin, a send off or someone lays down claiming they got hit high then it’s an automatic HIA. If they’re saying he hit him high & forceful then surely the player must be off for assessment or they’re cheating or not backing up their own laws of the game.
