Play the ball speed - the time from the referee's call for tacklers to release to the ball being played through the legs.

would have made his nrl debut around round 5 had he not been injured this year and would have played bye now in nrl of not for broken jaw post acl
we could break into nrl side this year but they may keep him in res

but he will be left centre come round 1 2024 so b smith will be playing reserve, as is suaali if still here as young will be right wing

he made 140mtr and 52 pcm
big unit with strength and pace

he is already better then suaali
Does he normally play on the left? Only asking because in the highlights reel he was playing on the right

Looking forward to seeing how he develops. This is why I’m not sure why we have all these ‘let’s sign so and so for centre’ threads.

I think the two injurys have put him a fair way behind in his development. Yesterday was only his 2nd game in reserve grade..

I think in all likelihood he gets a couple of games next year and then 2025 will be his break out year if he’s good enough.

Fair enough. Let’s hope he remains injury free for a while.

What's so good about Wong? He hasn't been impressive in first grade

I’ve liked what I’ve seen from him. The fact that he is not playing in Broncos jersey next year helps too.

Yes...I'm wondering that as well. Hope he becomes a standout, at the moment not there yet.

He's a 19yo kid who has played 60 mins in the NRL, give him some time

And he’s looked better in those 60 minutes than most of our other usual 1st graders.

Next year we should be very strong as the association with Norths will be officially over.

I see Flegg conceded a last minute try to draw. Bulldogs and Panthers are the only dangers in that comp.

How many games would Toia need to qualify for the Flegg semis?

To Qualify for the finals in any of the NSWRL run Senior comps i.e NSW Cup/ Jersey Flegg/Ron Massey Cup/Sydney Shield a player needs to play a minimum 33% of regular season games in that comp

Jersey Flegg is a 24 round regular season comp so the minimum number of games to qualify to play Finals is 8 games
