So let's see if I understand all this. Many posters want to get rid of upto 10 players because they just aren't upto the standard required or are past their use by date. At the same time it's Robbos fault he can't get these 10 players that should get upto the required standard. It's 1 or the other , not both. And by the way Keary at 31 chased zavier Coates for 90 metres and was as fast as Coates...keary has heart, speed and lacks a foil ..almost .every attacking move revolves around him. Against the Storm Sandon Smith threw the intercept , did a poor grubber that after 2 six agains led to a try and Pauga was no match for Coates in the air. Some new talent is needed like Dom Young and Lenui and a gun centre but not much more....opinions are like a.holes...everyone has one, just some are more accurate!

How many on here half way through 2009 thought the Roosters would be in the GF in 2010 ? - Ditto in 2012 to be not only in GF in 2013 but winning it. - 1979 was another poor year when they were also deemed "Premiership Favourites" which was turned around in 1980 - lost their first 3 games and the pundits quoted no team that has lost their first 3 games have ever played finals footy

Things can be quickly turned around in Sport especially in Team Sports.

If they don't make the finals then after the mandatory 8 to 10 week break most will undertake a proper pre-season for the first time in a while for quite a few.

They will be back challenging for another Premiership.

It baffles me also that folk on here don't rate a whole raft of Roosters players then bang on about how the Roosters have the best squad and are Premiership Favourites and should be doing better.

If you delve into though it's usually related to folk wanting a different Coach for a variety of reasons including non football related one's.

Imagine getting rid of guys like Kez and Vic...would bite us in the bum big time!

Pearce was playing far better football than Keary before he was replaced by Cronk. Its either Keary or Walker at this point. Keary has to go.

Replacing pearce by cronk was an upgrade. Replace keary by cronk would be a similar upgrade. But a cronk or equivalent is not available. So keary stays!

Agree with you mate! I don't think tinkering around the edges is going to cut it with this lot.

Did we not just sign Teddy up on a longer deal? If we did, then I suppose he is a keeper for now. I can dream but I would love to see the following next season. It's ruthless in the extreme but if we play for comps, we better pull our finger out and get serious.

Discarding players like Toups, Jwh, Radley ,keary and other long termers seems to me to destroy the fabric of who the team really is. . Developing players and becoming a Premiership force is so much more satisfying. Adding a few gifted key personnel is one thing. Wholesale sacking doesn't cut it with me.
