Hard to disagree, I think your ratings are pretty spot on. I thought the bench forwards were all great. Whyte and May were excellent, I thought Wong was very good in his first game. Brown was excellent as were Lindsay and JWH.

Hard loss knowing our forwards dominated

big task in the off season to fix our disjointed attack.

maybe the idea of having so many ball playing backs and creating these hybrid double positions just isn’t the answer.

would like to see it stripped back to basics and have our guys focus on the one percenters in their own positions before our fullbacks are halves and centres are fullbacks.

Only difference was one team had a halfback the other had a rookie and a walking husk

Our last tackle options are embarrassing but some seem to think our halves aren't to blame. Keary escapes so much criticism based on previous achievements. He is done and it's killing us amongst other things

Yet in the same token he looks the most likely of our attacking options and always tries.

sums up how far we’ve fallen as a polished attacking unit.

Not a huge Nat Butcher fan but some of his one on one tackles saved multiple tries last week.

Hats off to the tackling machine.

55 tackles with only 2 missed for Butch. He is criminally underrated by some on this site. Also 1 try assist, 2 line break assists & 31 PCM with 2 offloads. Not bad a bloke who doesn’t belong in 1sts.

May looked really comfortable. I think he's matured this year.

Spot on mate. But we need to play to our strengths and Toups is our highest try scorer so we need to get him more good ball.

His defence was outrageous, controversial take but his flick was better than Manu’s too.

9.5/10 - pretty sure he was playing injured as well so make it a 9.9/10
