I think he is, actually forces him to run the ball and limits the amount of defense he as to do in the middle - which in turn limits the amount of opportunities he has to give away dumb penalties.

Also means we are one step closer to having a centre pairing of Hutch & Rads at some stage

Which leaves Rads at lock .

Rads just needs to go back to playing a running locks game like Yeo or Murray . A forward in at first receiver is clunky and boring but I’ve noticed during the Knights and Manly game that we have moved back to Smith and Keary playing way more at first receiver on either side of the ruck , as they should .

Also , I honestly think we are in for fun ride heading into the finals . There is no way we are going down easy . The boys were shattered after yesterday’s game , it’s a really good sign .
I like how Brown has worked hard, stayed out of trouble and waited for his opportunity. His soft hands suit Robbos Rooster style of footy. He's also tough as teak and has sorted out his discipline. Good depth signing imo.

I'm also looking forward to the ride home. Teams would be foolish to underestimate us especially with Sam Walker back in the halves.

Comfortable with Rads on an edge especially the right side. Allows him to focus on just running hard and adds another strong defender on that side. This puts Brown who has arguably a better decision-making ability as a middle ball-playing forward.

We're going to be quite full next season with options: Rads, Brown (if he is extended), Egan Butcher, Nat Butcher, Siua Wong, Naufahu Whyte and Angus.

I said to my mate at the Raiders game after 10 minutes of Radley on the right edge that I thought it was a good move as it forced him into being a ball runner.
Really liked Brown in the middle with the only concern is how many minutes he can pump out.
Whyte was terrific but my only knock was he could have played longer.
