    ROOSTERS SQUAD v SEA EAGLES

    Round 18 - Sunday 2nd July
    4 Pines Park, Sydney

Another week, another close loss, another bunch of grey hairs. We could suck a golf ball through a garden hose at the moment. The only saving grace is, without Turbo Manly are pretty much in the same boat.

Life as a Roosters supporter is hard right now, but when I reflect on this season, it seems really bad because we are used to being really good. If we were the Bulldogs, Dragons or Tigers, this would actually be better than most years. Food for thought .... it's still bloody tough to take though.

A few forced changes this week, with Egan, Sitili & Gus all joining the casualty ward. We just can't catch a break from the footy Gods at the moment. Unfortunately, we can't seem catch the footy regularly, either. Team news is headlined by the long-awaited debut for Wong. I'm excited to see what he brings to the table. I think he and Whyte have a lot to offer us for years to come.

Joey Manu makes his 150th NRL appearance this week. Expect a big game from him.

    EASTS TO WIN !!

Not a bad line up given all our injuries. Interested to see how Rads goes on an edge, didn’t mind him there last week after he was shifted. Backline is as good as any really. No more expectations from me this year so if we win great, if we don’t oh well.

Butcher was still on crutches today so would be surprised if he is any chance of playing and has probably just been named so they could actually list 22 players.

              How good must Hutchinson be?

              He's listed as 14 and 19.

              Manly by 30.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Apologies. It should be Allan. I've corrected the original post.

Don't be ridiculous. You know we like to lose by 2.

This Teddy Manu must be a relation of Joey's.
