He's certainly not going to come out and bag the coach, he's trying to keep his job.
Next thing they'll be sending Hutch out.
that's a bit cynical nsk. have a listen to the interview and see what you think. the questions were asked by the independent media so it wasn't an orchestrated event.

to be fair, as far as i know, no one on here has direct access to what the players are thinking. every chance the criticisms of robbo on the chookpen are out of step with what the playing group are thinking. no doubt fans on here are upset that we're not going well but that doesn't mean their diagnosis of the problem is right

A dramedy? I think I predicted a few dropped balls on Saturday night just before they happened. But then the unforced errors have been so common this season it was probably just a fluke.

I get what you are saying, and I certainly hope we can turn it around, but sending out a marginal first grader and a two game veteran is very unprofessional in my opinion.
They said what they were supposed to say, but very unconvincing I thought.
Maybe we would win more if we played the games...... WITHIN OUR 4 WALLS....everything seems to be working well there
it's just when we get on a footy field it all falls apart.

yeah, easier to win games on the training park and training well doesn't always transfer to playing well and when that happens there's a problem.

you thought it unconvincing, i didn't. fair enough. but you're definitely wrong to say that the club sent out marginal players to defend robbo. they sent out the players without knowledge of what the media were going to ask. this wasn't the club making a statement on robbo's future. this was some journos reading the chookpen and asking questions off their own bat

                        Really?

The vast vast majority of people wouldn't want the repercussions of such a move & other employees wouldn't want someone to air their problems in public.

Nobody at the Roosters would be foolish enough to bag Robbo in public.

Unless they wanted out on purpose.

I agree he does add a lot to the forum and I for one appreciate it but also appreciate what others bring to . Difference is what makes it a forum
In what way does he value add?

He provides updates around the club that sometimes others would not see esp. with the lowers and womens news which I appreciate. He is a genuine supporter and I will always back that. He attacks the resident troll in the off topic section with some good old fashioned common sense and club/country loyalty. Has a sense of humour. Is passionate about his sport.

Beats the boring lazy one liners from wanabees defending their fragile egos, using social media.

Apart from the aforementioned prize troll, there's others here who deserve to be dumped on way ahead of the King.

Attacking people because of their age or economic/social status is happening on here...its weak and dont want those people in our supporter base either.

                            Just my two bobs worth.
