That touch up in the early part of the second half is the best thing that could have happened for our season. We were never going to win that game and the move of Manu back to centre is the kick start our second half of the season needs.

Also - the letting go of Lodge has been very much justified

We have been touched all year unfortunately.

He commented the combination of Keary and Manu hasn’t been effective the last few weeks in the presser. So WTF do you persist with it?!

Robinson's press conference just like that fool Albanese - won't answer questions. And no reporters ask DIFFICULT questions - except one journo there we an Irish accent I think. Robbo said he is excited. wtf !!

Keary is a fine ball player but his kicks are never high enough for anyone to contest them.

How has this not been addressed?

i thought pauga looked alright. probably not a first choice outside back but will do a job when called on.
nathan brown looks good - if we're losing lodge then makes sense to keep brown.

For mine the positives were that Turpin goes OK, Toups grew an impressive beard and that the game only went for 80 min.

Totally outplayed in every aspect of the game . One out running allowed the 'riff to compress... they spread and Granny in a zimmer frame could have got around Hutch and Allen (sounds like a comedy duo eh! ).
The Butchers are toilers but no impact. Sititili has a bit of impact but has been moved to the middle. Robbo has mindf****ed Manu out of form. JWH wants to win the fight but not the war. Angus, Lodge and to a less extent Brown and Collins look confused. Whyte and May must wonder what they have to do to get back into a side that is playing crap. For the life of me I cannot understand why Robbo persists with Manu at 6 but doesn't persevere with Walker at half. Too smart by half and too dumb by full.

                      it is a frustrating period for the club - but its frustrating cause it just seems we have too many players playing pout of position or not playing to their potential. My thoughts;

Manu is the best centre in the world - put him back, and give him that roaming role - it worked great previously

Whilst walker is out, put a half in to replace him - which for me, just put Drew in at half - got a kicking game and is steady at least - or if you go Smith, so be it - at least he is a half

we have no attack on the edge - thats where Sitili should be - put N.Butcher at 13 whilst the 2 knuckleheads are out

Lodge needs a spell - personally im a May fan off the bench, but we at least have options

Angus also needs to clearly focus on Angus - take him out of the spotlight - put him in reserves if playing is part of his rehabilitation

Suuali is not a centre, put him back on the wing - or reserves to give him the kick up the butt

Id keep Turpin at Hooker - he isnt the problem

the players are there - they just are being shuffled around too much

                      just my thoughts

Me too....I'm with Robbo. The more we lose the more exciting and enjoyable it gets. It is a challenge, and we can go after it. This is why we play.

Hearing Robbo talk about the challenges and trying to find ways to make it work as being “exciting” made me cringe..

Hello Robbo, you’ve had all off-season to work it out and find ways to develop the right combinations.

Now is not the time, while you’re still trying to work it out we are losing games in the process and the season is getting closer to the end!
