This will sound crazy but the chooks have obviously the most upside then any other team in a very compressed comp....

They could still win the comp if form and injury luck turn. A ugly win gives me a glimmer of hope.

          ...

and we won't be playing panthers on a 5 day turn around at penrith and maybe they don't play their best game of the season again

                Exactly.

                We're only 4 points off 1st place.

We're still very much in the mix despite the entire team being massively out of form.

                We've got the cattle.

Honestly? On paper look at the blokes that turned out for them. I mean no disrespect but a team with Perham, Alamonti, Wilson, Oloapu, Okunbor, Waddell, Morrin, Edwards & Rajab should not come close to us.

These guys are either predominantly reserve graders or have played under 30 games of NRL. So compared to our 17 today they are miles away.

Let’s get real here, it’s no secret that the Rooster play for prems. To consider today’s one point, mediocre win will automatically turn our season around is laughable.

I’ll start doing backflips next week if we can rally and beat the riff.

Meanwhile Cleary has done his hammy. I don't wish injury on opposition players but that's advantage us.

And Cleary looks like he may miss the game, big help if so.

I could cop not winning another game this year if the drainers would leave and find another sport/team/pastime to follow.

Based on wednesdays performance, we might be better off if he plays.

Looks like the fickle ones will put a line through Bellamy as the alternative coach after his Storm had 45 points put on them by one of the so called worst teams in the comp.

Oh well it looks like the Roosters will have to stick with Coach Robinson.

                              What a retarded comment.
Exactly. It's the comment made by a sub-intellect who has nothing in his/her armory.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

If this isn't a tongue in cheek thread then holy farrrk you are in need of serious help.

I'd rather be a "Fairweather fan" then lair it up after a 1pt win over the fkin Bulldogs. They jogged around our entire right edge for 2 tries and couldve had another one if not for a 50-50 forward pass.

We play for premierships so I don't blow my load over a 1pt win over perennial wooden spooners. Clown of the highest order.
