I’m just passing on what i’ve heard & i don’t want to name our player or reason , it’s obviously not 100% done but it is definitely in talks. It’s Reece Robson who we want. I’m hearing our player has a bad addiction & i’m not talking about drugs & it’s affected the playing group because he’s asked for favours to get him out of it. The players have informed coach & Politis their concerns.

I heard the addiction story. IMHO robinson delivers best service in the game outside of grant. Would be a win for us on current form

They have a Casino and they have internet.

Difficult addiction if it's true but I would have thought he'd get better help at the Roosters, if that's what he's after.
Owing money to teammates would definitely cause some friction and could explain what's going on with the team.

I think we have a history of helping players who get themselves into trouble e.g. SKD, Pearce so if he is in trouble,
I can't see us just trading him to get rid of the problem. Admittedly, SKD and Pearce were long term Roosters.

I know it's about the team and winning but I would think there are better ways to handle it.

The Cheese rumoured issue has been around for a little while. I still regard them with scepticism as non-punters can be too black/white in their judgment of even recreational gamblers. On the other hand, footy players can have time/$$ on their hands which can go too far, there are past examples. Who knows?

We know somethings crook in Tullarook, it needs to be dealt with and restore ourselves as a team.

Another poster said we were doing a swap with a merge player. So many rumours at the moment which is what you get when you’re losing. Not saying I’m questioning Grubber either as he’s had some good tip offs in the past.
