  • Melbourne Storm - Wrestling Cheats

I watched the Storm play the Raiders yesterday and could not believe the latitude they were given by the refs in relation to their wrestling, grapple, choke tactics. The two main offenders were Todd Lowrie and Cameron Smith who it seemed every tackle they made, their arms ended in a grapple like motion around the attacking players neck. How long before a player is seriously injured because of these illegal and down right dirty tactics by the cheating scourge of the league?

Also they appeared to be given longer to hold the player down than was given the Raiders, everytime th eRaiders tried the same thing they got penalised.

And if beak nose Daley had said "The Big 3" one more time I would have smashed the TV, there is only one big anything and that is "The Big 4" - Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer and Metallica

Ugh, and people wonder why I don't bother with Foxtel. Watched an old recorded game the other day and he was using that line and saying how they used to be the big 5. Yes, UNTIL THEY GOT CAUGHT CHEATING!

I agree totally, I am suprised Campese didnt have a complete melt down, it was disgraceful. You are also correct, Cameron Smith is the biggest culprit of the lot.

Cameron Smith is indeed the greatest grappler in the game today, why is he allowed to play under different rules to everyone else?? Harrigan & Sraper have to crack down on this, otherwise get on the Storm to win the Premiership 2012, surer than Black Caviar!

Harrigan was shown some footage of Cameron Smirk last night on NRL Daily and he said it was absolutely fine!!

And tonight...as usual with this pathetic organisation...we have the Coach trot out in the media and claim they are being victimised.

Fair dinkum, if they were convicted of murdering someone I'm sure Bellamy would say "You lot are just trying to make us look bad again..murders aside"...

LOL@ Bellamy! He accused David Furner of thinking Melbourne are a bunch of hillbillies. That's offensive to hillbillies..most are poor and don't get paid in boats etc...

I love the way Melbourne play & if Bellamy ever comes to the Roosters I hope he brings his wrestling coach with him.
