thats supports what I have heard elsewhere that souths are in the lead - if wests are fresh on the trail then souths are obviously out in front
Does not say anything about Souths leading in the race to sign him in that article

That you now also say that you have heard it elsewhere is another matter altogether

Souths 'were' after him, Wests Tigers are now after him...

I hope they sign Lima and, we should raid their juniors. First signing Jason Clark please.

Why Jason Clark? He is another lock, we have enough already.

I'd definitely be looking at Kane Morgan, Dylan Farrell and Junior Vaivai - a winger and two centres, all who have been regular season standouts.

Yeh they fill their first grade side with forwards so their backs will be looking for a new club At least mine made sense.

Clark is their best forward... and beats any of our NYC locks.

                So?

Mitchell Aubusson, Braith Anasta, Tom Symonds >>> Jason Clark.

Clark is a small bloke, who tries hard and is pretty agile and a good leader, but IMO he is about as good as Alex Glenn. A good utility sort of player.

Jason Baitieri fits that description! Aiden Guerra was good enough to make the Storms 2009 25 man squad.

Let's give our own a go before we purchase more and more.......
                  quality not quantity.

agree in fact baiteri is exactly the same sort of player as clark - leadership, lock forward workhorse except better - makes more yardage in attack, misses far less tackles (clark missed the most tackles out of any in the NYC) and baiteri's workrate is up there with the best. WIth maubs and baiteri, lockforward is more than covered

What do Anasta, Symonds & Aubusson have to do with my original statement

                        All can play lock.

                        Jason Clark is a lock.

Why would we sign another lock?

Are you Ricky Stuart? He loved his lock-forwards.

Still missing my point... I'm not talking about first grade and no where have I mentioned he should be in first grade. Better depth than anything we've got in the NYC.

Clark is too old for NYC next year.

                            We have Baiteri at Jets.

Clark had a taste of FG this year with Souths - he won't leave them. He bleeds the Red and Green, he will replace Crocker.

He's a class above Baiteri and Crocker is there for another 3 years. My original point...

                                I beg to differ.
