While the Roosters have been subjected of late to a great deal of slur and innuendo regarding the salary cap (e.g. alco-cheeks' article today about something that some fellow drunk said might have happened in 1973), why have similar questions not been asked about the Bulldogs, proven cap cheats, a club that can sign a new international every few weeks, retain every emerging superstar in their team, lose nobody of consequence, launch multi-million dollar bids for Jonathan Thurston and now want to sign Israel Folau for the second half of 2013?
