I read recently the new boss pulls over a mill a season. He gets more than any player, and he doesn't even make a tackle or hit up, reminds me of Bwaiff.

He wasn't even involved in the new TV deal.

I personally dont get why administrators get the same or more pay than the best players in the game.

I'm yet to hear a fan paying to see a bloke in a suit stick his pen up his nose all day or play with his balls under his desk.

All the while we have blokes going and wasting their talents in Yawnion or gAyFL to earn the coin they should be getting.

I love the game, always have and will, but stripped bare it's pretty farked up. Ask a Seppo or a Pom what they think of some of the ins and outs and so-called professionalism of RL and they'd be stunned.

    Just my opinion biarches.

Fark man, you've just described my working day.

The players get the bulk of the money, but to be fair the elite players get more than their fair share as they are the ones that play all the rep games. And with the increase in how much they get for those games, it's a bit rich imo for Cameron Smith to be spruiking about wanting more.

The Grub was trying to make the point about the executives, and you've made the point about the CEO, but with the creation of the ARLC they have gotten rid of the QRL, the CRL, the ARL, the NRL and the relevant boards and executives that went along with all that duplication.

I have no problem paying over a Mill for a good CEO, you have to pay for quality these days. If we don't we end up with another David Gallop.

    Chook.

I hope they're your balls you're playing with maaaaaaaate.

I took The Grub and Smiff were more talking money for more the depth players who still get the raw end of the pineapple IMO.

On the CEO and the suits I agree we need a strong quality leader but I'm not convinced those blokes deserve the coin they earn.

Whereas I'm convinced for too long RL players have been underpaid and undervalued by the owners of the game, namely NewsFilth.

IMO this is just media talk and the game will go ahead as scheduled.

Remember there is a certain section of the media owned by the former owners of RL who are enjoying taking potshots at those trying to fix the former owners mess they have created in and around RL.

      Storm in a Teabag.

Dunno what that means but it sounds quite enticing.

      The FlogPen .

      You know it makes sense.
