I watched the Danny Weidler, Galvin interview today.

Galvin appears to be a nice lad and quite intelligent. He had nothing but praise for Benji Marshall.

I know that the Tigers don't have the second best spine in the comp that's for damn sure

    Bula, Galvin, Luai, Api, Deadly
A lot of credit has to be given to Richo, he's up there with Gus in knowing the salary cap, putting a good competitive squad together, player talent, recruiting & bringing good support staff in for the coaching staff & the players.
Benji is a better coach than I gave him credit for
They have to some how work something out with Galvin because he is the next Brad Fittler (you'll see)
The Tigers look fit & suddenly May, Doueihi, Pole, Turuva, Fainu & Staford To'a are all playing to a high level & then you add their spine to that & they're a top 8 side if they stay fit.
    Im so glad they're firing.
    Buy of the year Luai
2nd best buy of the year Tyrell May
I think their spine has the potential to be up there but at this point unproven. Agree Melb first but Brisbane with Walsh Mam Reynolds and Hunt has to be regarded 2nd. When we get all back Teddy, Sandon/Hugo, Walker , Conner/Cheese is also in the argument.

doesn't sound like we're in the running but it's a tricky one. if the club frequently overlooks guys who've come through the system, those players won't have confidence that the roosters is their home, and yet to win comps you need the best players possible.
    glad i don't run recruitment.

not saying i want us to chase galvin but if the club thought that was the way to go then i wouldn't complain.
people are saying parra is a done deal but if he's left the tigers because of the coach is ryles so inspiring?

DCE maybe on a 2 year deal makes sense. Rodwell will be 22 when DCE contract expires.
I guess that depends on how good they think Rodwell will be. Also, Nick won’t negotiate with Galvin’s manager anyway.
