This began to be discussed in the Momorovki is horse manure thread But the moderators in their wisdom decided this thread should be deleted. I think this should be discussed and encourage others to participate in a mature respectful conversation abiut this topic For those unaware of who Lia is here is some backround info

When I was living in Melboring, I did volunteer work full time at a women's charity to get over my own problems and go help others who were in far worse situations. One of my roles was to manage the dressing service provided to women who had no suitable clothes for job interviews. This was back in 2011 and we had one client visit who had transitioned. Back then I was the only volunteer allowed into the room as the CEO knew straight away that I would not make a fuss or drama or make an issue of it. The marketing manager was also present and listened to the story of how this client was unable to see their children because of this situation. That was just before Christmas 2011 and I always think of this client every Christmas and hope they now have a relationship with their children.

And yes, the client did look fabulous in the clothes I styled them in.....that was a privilege to be present on that day..

I also have another story about a friend of mine who has a child who is friends with another child who will be eventually transitioning. All I will say is on the day I was told that, I cried that night with pride afterwards when the friend went home..

Mods closed that thread for a reason. Don’t think it matters where it is.

No I think it was closed because the topic drifted away from Momorovski being horse manure This thread is in the appropriate section for discussion So please contribute to it in the wonderful manner that you did in what was the wrong thread and section for such a topic to be discussed in

This is all wonderful But do you think one who has not transitioned in such a manner should be able to swim against females and what of those who are in the reversed role of transition Shopuld they have to swim or compete against the men

I really don't know to be honest Andy. Look at children's sport and I know you have refereed at different levels yourself. You can line up 10 boys all aged 12 and say oh that is not a level playing field because they are all different heights. weights etc...

What constitutes a level playing field these days anyway? It's never going to be 100 percent perfect. everyone should be out playing and living their dreams no matter what...side note, I love the Invictus games too and will just sit there and cry my eyes out...they don't have a level playing field either...

I remember some of it when it was happening, i do remember the Kerry Reid incident walking off court and her husband Raz throwing the towel at Renee but didn't realise at the time the comments that Dianne Fromholtz made. I mainly remember Renee Richards when she was coaching Martina Navratilova.
