Such sad news I always thought Irene Cara was hot Great voice as well I just listened to all her songs you posted all brilliant My favourite was probably Fame loved that song as a kid I would always dance to that at the school discos

Such a sad loss, she was only 63, her first two songs Fame and Flashdance are absolute classics but have always held a real soft spot for Why Me, such a bouncy song and was happy when a customer commented on it playing on my IPOD in the shop the the other day, it played again last night on the IPOD and it wasn't long after i read about her passing .

I still love her performing at the 2006 AFL Grand Final and was so glad i got to see her live that day, a treasured memory.

63 is way too young. Like Andy I remember those two big hits very well as they were massive here in Australia and around the world of course. Another sad loss for the music industry.
