Left over chicken and chilli risotto [which my better half makes so not going to post that recipe ]
Ham and creamed corn.
Salami cheese and tomato

I've had your Mrs' risotto (she cooked it for me when she slept over the other night - hence why you always get left with sloppy 2nd's) and it tastes like shyt3.

LOL..This cracker of a thread is from nearly 10 years ago. I don't see many recipes being posted.

Here is my salt and pepper barramundi:

Dredge the fish in flour if you like, with salt and pepper. Place in a hot pain skin side down for 5 minutes 55 seconds (that's one spin of Bohemian Rhapsody) and then just flip over once only and do the same on the other side.

I do the same with salmon but minus the flour.
