Took up Sportsbet promotion offer on first try scorer in Manly -Souths game , i had $50 on Jamie Lyon being the first try scorer paying $18 . the offer was if he doesn't score the first try but does score later in the game Sportsbet will refund my $50..5 minutes after placing my first bet ,i decided to have another $50 on Jamie Lyons. so in total $100. when i checked the next mornibg to see if they rightly refunded my money i noticed they only refunded $50 , not the $100, so when i rang them up to see why , they informed me that the offer was for your first initial bet , apparently it's in the fine print, so when i informed them that i had the same bet 5 minutes after the first with the SAME PLAYER it shouldn't matter cause the 2nd bet was with the SAME PLAYER . i told them i decided to have $100 on Jamie not $50.. . I just feel i little hard done by and now before rushing to place a bet online before kick off like i did ill sit down for an hour and read the terms and conditions .!!!Now with Betfair.

Yeh the condition is only on your first bet. I'm sure if you call up and ask to speak for a manager they'll refund your money but got to be real careful on those types of promos. They're never as good as they look.

Yes i did speak to the team leader {manager } who told me i should have read the terms and conditions. I told him i saw the Sportsbet add on tv before kick off to learn of the offer and Joel Caine never read out the full terms and conditions on the tv when i went in to make my bet....He ended up hanging up on me because i wouldn't back down..
