I bought some creamed corn as i had been craving a ham and cream corn toasted sandwich for ages and at the moment there seems to be only larger cans of cream corn at the supermarkets so have a bit left over so it goes nicely with the eggs.
I should actually try and make some corn and zucchini muffins with the left over corn one day.
Keep the muffins. I will take some fritters!

Eggs are a great protein. My sister is a big fan of eggs for breakfast and it’s the only thing she’ll eat for breakfast now. I love corn as well. Love a yummy corn n the cob in summer.
