He did indeed co-write it with Stevie as she is one of the world's most prolific songwriters and rarely needs assistance with lyrics. Chris Bailey of The Saints who wrote this has now earned over half a million dollars in royalties due to Bruce doing this as a cover on one of his albums. That's the power of the Boss! I saw The Saints years ago in Brissy supporting Jimmy Barnes on his Working Class Man tour.
