    Sounds good, always good to have something different like that compared to the stock standard roast chicken ( which i still love though ).

    Tonight it's the retro 70 s apricot chicken for dinner.

    • Doing USA style slow baked pork baby back ribs in a bbq , hoisin and lime sauce. Steamed Bok Choy with a garlic oyster , honey and soy sauce and a sprinkle of sesame oil on a bed of basmati rice.

      • A yummy Thai chicken curry tonight. It’s time for lamb meatballs and risoni tomorrow night.

        • Made a risotto using onion, broccoli stems finely diced, yellow squash and Greek zucchini and also added chicken sausages, it was delicious, squeezed lemon over it when i served it, yummmm.

          • Slow cooked lamb shanks in tomato and herbs . On mashed potatoes .

                        Hey Vasco yes , pepper sauce on the chips . We've been getting our meat from Mudgee Meats and the snittys are pre made. The quality of all there meat has been excellent and the shipping costs are reasonable.

                            It's pretty good and a little more healthy. You could make pizzas using it too.
