The Chookpen on your phone

Hi Guys

I know this has been mentioned here before but I can't find it anywhere. I'm having issues using the Chookpen on my phone. It won't download the page properly.

I know there is a trick to it but I can't remember what it was. I'm using an Android (Pixel 9).

Anyone know how to fix this?
