Because sharing is caring, I thought this was a solid discussion. There's one or two moments where I thought Bouris either rambled too much or coulda backed off. However, it's overall top notch and Bol provides some awesome insights into his mental prep & the spiritual side of his running.

Is Bouris still in some way part of the Roosters. If still so this could have been posted in the Roosters section. In fact even if he isn’t the fact that he was once part of the club in some way would be enough for it to be in the Roosters section.
