Don't think so mate, I did ask him and apparently he's got another date. I'm pissed.

But seriously ....no its one of the few racedays I dodge with the big crowds and I'm not a huge Randwick fan. Prefer Rosehill. Will still have some investments though. A mate owns a horse in the Kosciuszko so cheering for him.

Anyway, if you were thinking about us dancing to Abba after the last, Bjorn Again aren't playing sadly...

Used to love Randwick racecourse as a kid as that where the PMG/ Telecom and the Paddo/ Woollahra RSL Christmas parties were held there , you could wander around the whole place, some of the old commentary towers we got into we found magazines we shouldn't have found lol ( actually very tame by today's standards ). As for working at the Liquorland drive thru in Kensington later on in life i would dread race day at Randwick.

You must be happy that the vote went against Rosehill being leveled for housing, pretty close to where you live which would be handy for you race day.

Yeah I used to love the old Randwick with the big outdoor covered auditorium. I'm strategically placed bout halfway between Rosehill and Warwick Farm , but am moving shortly anyway. It was a great call by the members to keep Rosehill, it still retains some of that older world racing character that Randwick has lost.

PVL has his detractors but he is a ruthless businessman. He is open about his desire to attract a younger crowd to racing and on days like this its a huge success. Challenge is to get them as interested in the horses as they are the drink. Maybe get involved in ownership etc.

Still curious how/why one would claim to 'own' this horse. Just saying that when there's ~20 owners, a stake in a syndicate (which isn't even a majority owner) is akin to me saying I own a heap of bluechip companies because my super fund's got substantial shareholdings in them. Not criticising, just saying I'd prefer to have shares in a company as opposed to a depreciating biological asset.

Google's notes on who owns this horse (mostly Greek, Italian and anglo names in there):
          • Regal Bloodstock (Melbourne based syndicate, think Ladbrokes)
          • R Livori
          • Mrs M Livori
          • K N Good
          • R Pezzano
          • P J Bongiorno
          • Dr C M Duncan
          • Mykonos
          • M W Silva
          • C Hill
          • D B Mortison
          • Fairlie
          • Colmum Racing
          • Mrs C E Mckelvie
          • M McKelvie
          • P B’s Last Chances
          • P T Heinz
          • Franks Crew

You are not posting anything groundbreaking here. We already discussed the ownership of the horse on here back in August 2023 when I posted Hot Chocolate’s Everyone’s a Winner, congratulating ALL of Tara’s owners. It was just before I went into hospital on Friday 1 September and it made me happy to have some good news prior. Nowhere has Andy claimed he is the sole owner of the horse. I thought you lawyer types only dealt in facts. How many more of us do you plan on posting misinformation about? And who cares about the ethnicity of the owners anyway? Your continuous racial profiling is getting very tedious..councillor..

I have seriously doubts he’s a solicitor More likely his wife’s copy and errands boy

Back on topic Taramansour will next contest The Bendigo Cup a 500k race He’s previously ran 3rd in it twice in 2021 and 2023

'Nice' to see Desperate Dave providing us with a full owners list for Taramansour. What's next? Jump out and Noms info, Vet reports, Spelling updates....I'm sure Mr. Walker is delighted about this.
