That's because he was spending so much time condemning the refs for 'that' scrum. You know the one that shouldn't have even happened in the first place because it should have been a penalty in front to us? The scrum that the media darling Tigers were ripped off in and cost them the game!

All bias aside From memory the Dwyer hit on JWH was shoulder then onot the head Pritchards collected him fairly in the head

This difference led beetroot face to label Dwyers the tackle of the year To PPritchards being a sickening shot which needs to be rubbed out of the game

With all due respect, what about the hit Morley got Shane "Souffs Grub" Walker with (2005???)? That was shoulder to shoulder....Dwuer's was straight to the head, regardless if JWH slipped into it or not. It was a penalty then and there.

Having just watched the two replays supplied on here I must concur with Melons version of events Although I always thought both were penalties regardless of my inital thoughts on any slight difference to the tackles

I don't really care whether they call it a penalty or not, it just annoys me that one minute its a great hit which is replayed ad nauseum then the next its a sickening high shot. If anybody ever tries to tell you that the Tigers are not media darlings call the men in white coats

That is exactly right. When I saw that tackle from pritchard the other night I wondered if beetroot face would call it the second best tackle of the century. Well I got my answer today!

Haha, just flicked through his blog on the tackle....some guy called Shane Butler called him out on his change of heart over the tackle and Rothfield banned him saying he won't put up with fools.....more like he won't put up with people who point out the hypocrisy he carroes on with.
