Tough call to make as coach ay!! Those utility players are so talented that you don't wanna leave our your Aubos, Mattersons and Watsons (particularly Matterson... frigging brick shytehouse who can also play centre, hooker and halves). However, you need some REAL bulk on your bench to do the heavy lifting, meaning that super talented utility players need to get left out to allow for more pigs on the bench.Originally posted by Monaco's Fan Club View PostNot surprising. The opens rounds have a focus on fitness, and Carter is a better fit at Sub Hooker and or Second Row. We cannot have Aubo, Carter and Watson in the same team.
Question... has any coach experimented with using 2-4 utilities on the bench? With Aubo and Matterson being two, I feel you can almost do it without losing too much size (and more than making up for it with their vision/intelligence).Last edited by ism22; 03-03-2017, 11:06 AM.

I think we can, however the pack would have to have some other movements. In the end I think Guerra causes the massive imbalance to our pack. SST is such a massive loss right now. I would go with th below to give us a bigger middle third. Guerra's zero go forward. slow play the balls, inability to pass before or at the line, inability to slow the ball carrier's when making a tackle, poor lateral movement in defence when exhausted after 20 minutes and dumb penalties will kill us.Originally posted by Monaco's Fan Club View PostNot surprising.
