I give credit where credit is due & not because I follow the Roosters but this year the club worked like a slick unit & Robbo & co bought spirit back to the club & united all the players no matter who they were, Robbo applied some simple disciplines within the club where the players all became best friends & all of them wanted to work that extra 1% for each other.
Sure it was a good team but they only came together in about January this year & it would have been no easy task to pull all the players in & lay out what his vision was & for the whole club to get on board.
It's through following the Roosters all my life that you do see the club at different times not firing & underachieving & it's there that you see what a top job everyone at the Roosters did this year.
Winning the comp this year is equal if not better than the 74, 75 comps that they won, it was way better than 2002's victory mainly because all 16 clubs contested this year Premiership so there is NO doubting this years Premiership was won by the best team.
That team being the MIGHTY ROOSTERS.
The Roar what a gee up.

I just think back on our bad games and our mistakes, and how the 2014 squad will do it better.
We won, but there is so much room for improvement. And that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Moga and Evans coming through. Napalm growing as a man. Good times are ahead.
Enjoy the ride folks.
