Had a nice hour and a half by the pool at the stadium even though it started clouding over. Was good to do this today as the forecast coming up is not good, rain and rain, driving up the coast either Saturday or Sunday so not expecting anything great weather wise, the last two times heading north driving have been cancelled due to rain and flooding, will this be third lucky

Think this will still be ok but probably wont be much beach weather, i deliberately made it the end of Oct thinking the weather might be ok, time will tell, to be honest though just looking forward to getting away for a bit after the last couple of months i have had.

Did it ever stop?

It actually hasn’t rained here since about Saturday I think, and was a beautiful 23 degrees today. Its supposed to rain for the next week though, starting tomorrow.

I’ve heard it’s been very wet over the past 10 months or so. It would be very very green around the ACT if there’s been that much rain.

I saw pics online of that terrible accident at Coppins Crossing on the weekend and I could hardly recognise the area as it was soo green.

Cloudy with rain here today. A good day for the gym a swim in the pool and then a bite to eat at a local cafe.

I’ve heard it’s been very wet over the past 10 months or so. It would be very very green around the ACT if there’s been that much rain.

Yep, weeds everywhere at home. A total pain as I hate weeding. The nature strips and roundabouts / medium strips etc are all overgrown (at lest in Tuggeranong) as usual as the Govt has been unable to keep on top of the mowing!

We've actually had some very bad accidents this year. There was one about a weeks ago where a 16yo L plater killed a couple of 14 / 15 year olds. He was driving recklessly, without a legal adult in the vehicle and smashed into a pole!

Fingers crossed. Seeing i'm off work at the moment have decided to drive up on Saturday now instead of Sunday, will just take the drive nice and easy on Saturday and get there when i get there.

Yep. It’s been a heartbreaking couple of weeks on ACT roads. That accident at Hume was just so needless. A kid who was already on the police radar who now has to live the rest of his life with those actions hanging over him and the loss of two teenage girls who shouod have known better than to get into a car with someone like that.

Just checked the updated weather forecast for our first five days at our first destination. Weather a bit over the place but overall not looking too bad, not perfect but a mix of sun and also a few showers. Just be good to get away.
