WTF Robbo - Lam on for 90% of the game and Walker on for 10% of the game?

What does the coach see in Lam?

I am dumbfounded as to why Walker is not our halfback.

Can anyone explain it to me?

Lam is a much better defender. Robinson should have used walker earlier though

I only assume that he's managing them both over the 80mins.

I don't think walker is ready to defend for 80mins in sudden death footy.

Walker was used to ice the game, whether he should have come on sooner I don't know.

I think Robinson is concerned about how much Walker gets bogged down in the game organisational side of things and how much it affects the way he plays. It was evident before he put him back onto the bench that Walker had lost a lot of his spark.

Bringing him on in the 2nd half just to create points unburdens him of a lot of those duties. The message is clear and there’s no other noise in his head.

Problem is Lam isn’t doing a great job either, every time he was on the ball it was clear the players around him didn’t know what lines he wanted them to run or what the play was.

I really do not get it.

Walker is 5 x the half Lam is.

I wager if Walker played 30-40 minutes we never would have been in such a tight space at the end there.

I am a massive Robbo fan, but I don't get it. What is he thinking?
