Butcher offers very little. At full strength he's not in the 17. Problem is we are rarely at full strength.

They had injuries and hardly any ball especially in the red zone - sure they contributed to the possession difference with set incompletions - but it was only 16 in the end- Problem though is the injuries are exposing more youngsters to the NRL for extended periods and that inexperience will be exposed in any game and especially against the better teams. The squad depth is being severely stretched to the limit.

Not sure about why Keighran was on the bench being out for 5 weeks and seemed to pick up an injury as well - Baker 18th player - needs game time as i figure he will be in the mix for selection next week and beyond.

Need to regroup and work towards the next game and put out a competitive team and performance against the Dragons who will really fancy their chances against an under strength Chooks side.

ive also been struggling to see the positives of butcher recently.

Sitili needs to be on the bench and come on...not when opposition players are fresh at the start of games.
