"However even the lowest grading would see him miss the Roosters' preliminary final if he is cited by the match review committee and found guilty.

While a grade-one trip usually only attracts a fine, Waerea-Hargreaves has had three convictions this year and is not eligible for a monetary penalty."

      already a story out

Nrl has now got it in their match report. doubt it will slip the mrc's attention

On the plus side it means he can't get suspended for the GF if we make it.

I donít know how many Roosters games you watch but heís been playing on the edge since he joined in 08 or 09, thatís been 10 years to a) get use to him and b) appreciate that his good and bad make him the absolute best front rower in the NRL. He plays on the line and he is a menace. Thatís the game. He has given us so much and cost us nothing. Stop your whinging

SST will step up and the Ice Man is an unsung hero. We will be fine without Jared and then belt the shit out of Melbourne in the Gf again!

The good news is that SST looked to be suffering no ill effects from his rib injury. I think I heard them say he ran for 150 metres tonight. Himself, Liu and Butcher won't let us down should JWH miss a week.
In fact, we are blessed with such a good roster that all these little niggling injuries and players missing for a few weeks here and there have not really cost us and could be one of the reasons which helps us go back to back because for a team that plays such a high tempo style, we looked pretty fresh tonight where Souths looked buggered.

He just blatantly tripped a bloke with 8 minutes to go in a final and the score was 30-6.

That's not playing on the edge. That's just ****ing stupid.

Either Nelson Asofa Solomona or Josh Papalii will be running at us in the Prelim and we needed the game's best prop to neutralise them but he won't be there.

So sugar coat it all you like but JWH has let his coach and teammates down big time.

                            Blah blah blah
we have been playing down on personnel all year. If we are good enough we will win whoever is in. It was a split second reaction in the washing machine mate it happens just like all your negative sook posts.

I love JWH & have no problem with what he does on the field but I am worried about having to play a full strength Storm team without him. He & Keary are the 2 most important players in the side.

Are you saying our players are not able to stop the storm forwards without him? SST, Liu, Cordner, Crichton, Aubusson, Radley, Butcher , Tetevano, Friend are not worthy defenders? Weíve won 4/6 games he missed this year, so our other players are not too shabby.
