Our strongest team, if we can't beat souffs with that team, we don't belong there.

We controlled Cooke last year in the QF so we just have to do it again.

He hasn't passed, they'll test him later in the week. chances are georgie porgie will come in for his customary 3 knock ons.

Im lost-why are we comparing Verrills to Murray?

Cam Murray and Victor Radley are just natural rugby league players.....both great to watch, although i hope Murray is off his game Friday night!

As the players say worry about yourself and your own team.
Boyd and Latrell need to improve their defence from last week especially with James Roberts now running at them.
Keary will make a difference but that left side is definitely our problem side.

Was looking good when Angus was playing there.

IMO one thing Souffs are good at is getting defenders to over-commit and then shooting a small, quick player through the right hole. Not trying to disrespect either player but basically all they do is be that guy. IMO you could drop Verrills or Watson into the same team with the same role and you'd get identical result. It requires a bit of skill and speed but is mostly circumstantial.
You got it backwards ism - that play that way because they have guys that are exceptional at running through that hole - they don’t need big holes those boys to get through. Most of the time they don’t even really need a hole at all just a tired defender.

I’m expecting a few grubbers and attacking kicks to jimmy the pet .

Totally agree, that side looked great with Angus there and I don't know why Boyd just can't go over to the other side, it's not as if he passes the ball usually anyway.

When is the last time the Premiers have finished last on the penalty counts won? Doubt it has ever happened. And it's not as if we've had a bad season.

That Souths figure is phenomenal, especially considering their captain can't help himself when it comes to the grubby stuff.

I’m surprised we’ve actually won a penalty count this year. Doesn’t feel like it.

Was working very well with Keary and Angus for several weeks. You don’t change a winning team playing well. No need, we had mojo or whatever you want to call it. Yeah Boyd is the captain and all, but in a couple of years he will probably be playing up front anyway. He could of played on the right on his return from injury.
