He is doing more than football manager at the Tigers. Part of his job he has been tasked to oversee the rebuilding of the club and their player roster.
Its definitely a promotion and more responsibility. Also a case of obtaining another job and resigning as opposed to being moved on.

Anderson is def at the club but I have been told still limited to what he is allowed to do

              Good luck to him.

Anyone that thinks going from Roosters employment to the Tigers is a good career move needs to go see a specialist.
This guy wasn't a Rooster man, don't think too many people are upset.

THE player manager and i see eye to eye *on* players we see. He needs to have the skill to back the right players to invest in. I trust his judgement from experience.
Thank you Axe. As far as I'm concerned, it's a loss to this site that people such as yourself with interesting information to share don't feel comfortable in always doing so. For such as me who have no connections to the Roosters specifically or rugby league generally, reading such things is one of the reasons I frequent The Chookpen.

Interesting that Adam wasn't a Roosters man, which makes me wonder if being a Roosters man is a prerequisite to ongoing employment at the Roosters. Also makes me wonder a whole bunch of other things (for example, what is a Roosters man, how does one determine such, who decides, etc.). What a pleasure it must be to work at a sporting organisation for which one has a strong connection.

Only one person determines if you are a Rooster man. I think he is overseas at the moment.

Neither was Matt King - he was stained with Filthy Vermin stench! But that hasn't stopped him from becoming a valuable member of the coaching staff, after a good scrubbing and cleansing.

Thank you Kelvin and Novice for your humorous replies.
I like Matt King and had forgotten about his souffs tenure.
Now I find myself hoping Fitzy doesn't go to the Titans.
