GI was a champion Rugby League player & will be missed. LM can have a career just as good, they are both freaks, big strong Indigenous lads.

Inglis hasn't been the same since he had that year off with injury in 2017. When he was good he was great, and it happened way more often earlier in his career and as a result he has one of the greatest ever highlight reels in rugby league. No where near consistent enough to be an all timer, the media will make him out to be over the next couple of weeks though#InRobboWeTrust

Good player, great player or immortal isn’t what this is about.
Its about the salary cap rort for Souths and Inglis getting contract money.
If he is getting anywhere between $300-800,000 for community work and part time coaching, that’s a joke.
It’s a sham and it shouldn’t be allowed but Greg is a delicate soul who must be treated with care...it’ll be interesting to see

Yes a fantastic player in his prime.
No chance he will ever be an immortal.
Going by the radio and tv coverage today, you'd think Dally Messenger just retired!

I really don't understand all the hate for Inglis, certainly he has struggled with injury over the last 3 years, but that could happen to anyone and he certainly was a great player at his best.

Just reading how the Bunnies are trying to manage Greg Inglis off their books. Sounds like a salary cap rort to me.
I wonder if Greenberg will just rubber stamp his new highly paid ambassadorial role through, just like the reference he provided last year?
This is all the more interesting because the Tigpies are currently arguing with the NRL a similar rort involving Rob Farah when he left the Tigpies the first time.
Whats the odds that both deals get passed and we get a move along, nothing to see here from the NRL?
“If you remember back to 2017 Manly tried to get Steve Matai and Brett Stewart out of their salary cap, they were unable to do that.
“Nathan Ross retired just a few weeks ago at Newcastle. Knights are still carrying him in the salary cap. Yet somehow the NRL is allowing Souths to take it out of the salary cap.
“Inglis has forgone the rest of his contract money which equates to $1.5 million over the next season and a half, and that’s how they’ve justified it.
Greenturd and souffs in love.

Waiting for the nrl to have a "Greg Inglis Round" next season.
Isn't GI's girlfriend working at the nrl? Probably typed up his (GI's) reference letter from Greenturd lol
