Sure. Given we've got 10 guys who play the full 80 I'd go for Hall off the bench and play him as some sort of impact player.

I am happy for Ikivalu who has bounced back after his Eels performance and tightened up his one percenters, improved defence and become an attacking weapon. He is 100 kg and is bringing the ball back better without coughing it up. The try was magnificent and he scored a similar one (not as good but impressive) last year. It shows the positive attitude the club has with his improvement. He is no longer a potential weakness, at least on the basis of the last two games. The Storm game will ba another good test.

I still think Morris should come straight back in as he was one of our best, each game he has played for us and was an established international. Looking forward to Ryan Hall coming back as well as Ikivalu was actually a centre and our outside backs are looking better than most other teams in this competition.

He is only a specialist winger so a change of position,
say to backrow would be a big call. We have many good backrowers including Rads once Jake is back.

If anyone wants to refute what a member says about a player then do so with facts not insults or any derogatory comments about them. At the time when JT made this thread I replied saying that I’ve seen Ikavalu play better knowing he could and he has. This is a fans forum to discuss the good and the bad, not a players forum for them to be offended.
Don’t waste your time. Just another banned idiot who is back with a new name. They don’t add anything to this forum.

The answer is simple- Falou should go find a employer who is ok with him expressing himself. Problem solved

True, but you could also play Hall in the middle. If wingers these days are props who can run fast, why not play a bloke as big as Hall in the middle? Out of left field, but I reckon he'd go great.

He made a promise to his employer, NOT to scare the hands that feed them

One more thing. This "freedom of speech" thing is American and people always mistakenly think it applies here. We don't have anything like the protection they have.

True. We don't have a Bill of Rights. But, borrowing from the guy in The Castle, we do have a kind of freedom of speech vibe and also, as a corollary, the idea of the fair go. Sometimes those two ideas are in conflict.

Don't get me wrong - I like America - but their 'protections' can lead to the situation where the freedom to own a gun leads to the freedom to be murdered by a gun (at more than four times the rate of what we have). But maybe that's a bit off topic!

                      Biiiingo.

FWIW say Sonny Bill started sending out tweets along the lines of 'women who do not wear a hijab are fresh pieces of meat who are inviting men to rape them... they will all go to hell for this'... would the bible bashers (who spammed ABC talkback radio with anonymous sms' about this all week even when it wasn't being discussed - clearly a campaign) be supporting his 'freedom of religion' on that one? If anything, you'd probably see muslim clerics coming out to say 'that is a bad reading of the Quran and we distance ourselves from such hate speech... that's not what Islam's about.'

Christians are cowards in that nobody's stood up to say the obvious... 'that's a bad reading of the bible AND if you read the book of Mark, it's pretty clear that no man should judge another man because they'll be judged equally by God for their act of judging another man... which is why our church invites all, accepts we're all sinners in various ways and on that basis chooses to focus on loving messages rather than judging humans... Israel's message is disappointing because it's not what we preach - we welcome all and judge nobody...'

Just on Ikuvalu's try, I thoroughly enjoyed the Fox Sports commentary crew's call of it, in particular Brandy's.
That was a special effort by Matt, very well done.

Was Ikuvalu's try the best ever Roosters try?
