I think he might be coming.
      Ahahah - Milat. Classic...

I didn’t think he said that at all. He dances around the question and said lots but I didn’t catch this. If we weren’t a chance I think Robbo would have just denied it. On Channel 9 they said his “feathers were ruffled.”

He didn't say 'we're not after Pangai' but he did say that he wanted to develop our current squad. Pretty much the same thing?

I took his dancing around the q as a desire to set a precedent of not commenting on every player movement that is linked to the Roosters.

I reckon that stupid pony that runs around their home ground after they score has more IQ than this fat bozo. Easily one of the thickest ex player dopes to grace the TV screen.

He never said that we were not after him .He just tried to deflect the question and be a politician with his answers

I would say Pangai Jnr will be staying where he is after pranking their CEO on April fools day, saying he signed a 5 year deal with the Roosters.

If he was any chance of coming, you would think he wouldn’t joke about it.

I came to this thread hoping Hodgo had some form of brain damage. Oh well. Easily my most disliked ex Rooster.

I remember a game against the Merge (04?) where I was sledging him so hard the Merge fans around me were taking pity on him (was there with a Merge mate).

                      I despise him.

Who cares what this tosher has got to say. He only came to us to spite bennett and then returned to the love of his life to fulfil his potential as the biggest DH in the NRL as soon as he got the chance. Will Chambers role model. As for TPJ, good player but maybe not at $1m plus a year. I think he stays at the Drongos.

Having spent this evening doing my arse on the pokies at Easts leagues i'm told by a unreliable source - one of the staff who is a massive supporter- that the Roosters offer to TPJ is closer to 825k per season- this talk of a million is bs but they are going to make the Broncos pay top dollar to keep him. Its a bit like running up your opponent on Storage Wars!!
Anyhow i'm presently tanked and 4k lighter thanks to Big Red

If we do manage to get him, i imagine the media will constantly say 1 mil like the whole angus crichton thing.

Its also weird when Darren Lockyer, whos in charge of retaining players at the broncos is publicly saying hes not worth a mil, obviously shutting down any hopes of getting that from the broncos

Good to hear your view on this JT and thanks for replying. I hope TPJ has a quiet one against the Roosters tonight.

The only reason Locky and Tallis and the rest of the ex Qlders/Broncos that are saying he is not worth 1m this week is to fire him right up to stick it up us on the field tonight. Its so transparent its not funny. It will work - he will be massive for them tonight - we will have to be very on our game tonight i think to win it considering our injuries.
